SALES and RETURN POLICY
: In-stock items are shipped promptly upon payment. We ship the best quality shells and merchandise available. We hope that you are satisfied and delighted with your purchases from us, however if there is a problem we will gladly authorize a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days following receipt of the item by you (except for personalized items, lamps and furniture). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless it is our error. Returns must be made in the original condition, in the item's original packaging and insured. For returned items, due to your choice, there is a 15% restocking fee. To supervise proper handling of exchanges or credits, please contact us so we may be aware of the return before it is sent back (lamps and furniture are not returnable).
