USS Constellation Limited 37"
SOLD FULLY ASSEMBLED - THIS IS NOT A MODEL SHIP KIT 37" long x 12" Wide x 28" High (1:100 scale) Requires hundreds of hours to build from scratch (not from a model kit) by our master artisans. Includes a numbered Certificate of Authenticity signed by HMS Founder and Master Builder Richard Norris as only 25 will ever be made. Individual copper plated hull - Just like the real USS Constellation Built with rare high quality woods such as cherry padauk apamate maple and rosewood. Handpainted the actual colors of the real USS Constelltation still floating at Baltimore Inner Harbor. The model rests perfectly on a large wood base between four arched metal dolphins (marble base pictured) Masterfully stitched canvas sails. No plastic fittings (metal anchors and machine turned brass cannons). Significant deck detail - Including a lower deck! To build this ship extensive research was done using various sources such as museums drawings copies of original plans and photos of the actual ship.
